TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1- This competition will be held in five (5) age categories: U14, U16, U18, U40, U+40.

for all IVWF Members (IVWF SPORTS PASSPORT is COMPULSORY).

IVWF Passports can be bought through the IVWF Office by e-mail.

2- Obligations of the host (Iran): 3 hotel nights, breakfast, lunch, dinner, airport transfer and return to the airport, tournament entrance, Integral Fighting System T-shirt for all team members, and a city tour (all mentioned services will cost only 300 Euros per participant)

3- Prizes: Golden Champion belt, medals, Championship Certificates approved by the Ministry of Sports of Iran for class B fights.

4- For the winners of A Class fights (Pros) there will be 500 Euros prize.

5- The weights categories for Class B fights are in accordance with the rules and regulations of the IVWF.

6- Class A fights (Pros) weights are as following: -60kg, -67kg, -75kg, -83kg, -90kg and +90kg for men, and -50kg, -55kg, -60kg, -65 kg for girls.

7- to avoid weight cheating and dangerous "fast weight cutting", the weight checking will be done right before the first fights (and the weight checking will be done again if the fighter is engaged in another fight modality such as Vat wrestling, Integral fight, etc).

8- Class A fights will be scored with professional fights scoring system (ex: 10-9 ; 10-8 ; 10-7 for each round).

9- Class B fights will be scored with amateur fights scoring system (see IVWF rules and regulations)

10- All fighters will have to perform an IFS form (Quyen 1 or Quyen 2) prior to the first fight to be qualified. For sword fights the Sword form will have to be performed to Qualify. Once a fighter is qualified through the performance of the Quyen, no more Quyen will be asked.

11- Competitions will be held in four modalities: Standing fights, Integral fights, Vat Wrestling fights, Kiếm Combat (swords). Note that soft Swords must be IVWF official soft swords and must be bought to the IVWF. No other soft swords will be allowed.

12- Competition dates 24th, 25th, 26th December 2023.

13- Training camp seminar dates: 21st, 22nd, 23rd December 2023

14- Venue of the tournament: 12,000-seat hall of Azadi Stadium, Iran - Tehran.
