SEMINAR IN IRAN
For the second time in the Islamic Republic of Iran was held an Integral Vovinam Seminar. From March 9th to March 10th 2021, in Tehran, Master Patrick Levet directed an International Seminar of Integral Vovinam. The dates were originally planned for March 4th and 5th, but due to Coronavirus new restrictions, the dates have been modified and posponed some days later. Anyway, the change of date did not influence at all the performing of the training session nor the content of the courses.
The courses were divided in 2 parts, one part for all athletes and instructors and the other part for the Referee Seminar.
The seminar was in fact a Webinar, well prepared by the Iranian Martial Arts Federation, a big federation regrouping more then 120 style.

Mister Afshar Shahbazi and his brother Mister Farchid Shahbazi organized everything smoothly. The participants had to sing-up in the Iranian federation office, and they all have a personel registered number. This allowed them to participate in live to the webinar.

Before the live Webinar were held filming sessions and training sessions to prepare the filmation.

Integral Fighting Techniques, as well as IVWF referee main rules, were filmed with 3 cameras. The federation would then send the shot material to the post-production to create a DVD that would be sent to all registered participants after the Webinar.
As usual in Itan, we appreciate the good spirit of all the instructors and athletes and their nice way to welcome Master Patrick Levet in their country during these 7 days stay in Iran. Many thanks also for the translators who helped during the training sessions, and especially to Mister ALi Fati, MMA speciallist and International coach.
